## **This is not just recruiting**

Most teams come to us thinking they need to hire one person.

An SDR. A Marketer. An AE. What they actually need is something that actually  works.

Pipeline. Structure. The right people doing the right things.

We help AI, SaaS and tech companies hire GTM talent, build sales teams, and create consistent pipeline through outbound,  lead generation and coaching.

We sit between recruiting and execution and drive real value.

## Our GTM and Recruiting Services

**Talent:** We recruit and place GTM talent, SDRs, sales reps, and technical roles across the U.S. and Latin America, giving you access to high-quality nearshore talent.

**Execution:** Support outbound lead generation, sales and pipeline building so your team is not just hired, but producing revenue.

**Support:** We stay involved to make sure everything is working, from hiring to execution to pipeline performance.

**Recruiting + Talent Acquisition + GTM Coaching**

## Real Example

We worked with OpenBOM to build out their GTM function.

That included SDR hiring, marketing support, and operational roles to support a growing SaaS sales team.

Over time, this turned into a real GTM engine. Not just hires, something that consistently generates pipeline and revenue for their company.

#### We helped them go from zero structure to a fully functioning B2B SaaS sales team consistently generating pipeline, closing deals, and scaling revenue.
